AtlasDays Terms of Use

These terms apply to the AtlasDays app. By using the app, you agree to them.
- AtlasDays is licensed, not sold, for personal use.
- Apple’s standard App Store license agreement also applies.
- Quarterly and annual Pro subscriptions renew until canceled. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment.
- AtlasDays is a record-keeping tool and does not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice.
1. License
AtlasDays is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms supplement Apple’s agreement.
2. AtlasDays Pro
AtlasDays Pro is available through quarterly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting AtlasDays does not cancel a subscription.
Products, prices, regions, offers, and included features may change. The details shown on the purchase screen apply to that purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds under its own terms.
3. Records and Day Counts
AtlasDays calculates its results using the trips, dates, settings, and rules in the app. You are responsible for keeping your records accurate and choosing the right settings.
AtlasDays does not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice or make government-authoritative determinations. Check current official rules or obtain professional advice before relying on its results.
4. Availability and Changes
AtlasDays may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The app may require a supported Apple operating system and access to Apple services.
Updates and support are not guaranteed indefinitely. For current help, use the Help Center.
5. Privacy
The AtlasDays App Privacy page explains how the app handles data. Apple services are also governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
6. Warranties and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasDays is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasDays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from its use.
7. Intellectual Property
The AtlasDays app, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may change. The date above shows the latest revision. Changes take effect when published. Where required by law, AtlasDays will notify you of material changes or request your consent.
9. Translations
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
