These Terms of Use govern your use of the AtlasDays app and the AtlasDays website pages that link to these terms.
AtlasDays is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms, AtlasDays grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
If you download AtlasDays from the Apple App Store, the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it.
AtlasDays may offer paid features under AtlasDays Pro. Based on the current product configuration, Pro may be available through:
Available products, features, prices, currencies, and regions may change over time. The products, prices, billing terms, and feature descriptions shown to you in the App Store or in the purchase flow at the time of purchase control.
Billing, subscription management, and refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and policies.
If AtlasDays ever offers a free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, or regional variation, the specific terms shown in the purchase flow at that time will apply.
AtlasDays may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may require a supported iOS or iPadOS version or the continued availability of Apple platform services.

AtlasDays is designed so your trips, trackers, notes, and day calculations stay on your device unless you use Apple-provided sync features such as iCloud. If iCloud Sync is on, your trips and trackers may sync through your personal Apple iCloud account rather than an AtlasDays-operated server.
A smaller set of app preferences may also carry over through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage separately from the full trip-and-tracker sync toggle. Read the AtlasDays App Privacy page and the iCloud Sync and Restore guide for details.
AtlasDays is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or government-authoritative determinations. You are responsible for verifying how any rule applies to your situation and for checking official requirements before relying on a count, tracker, alert, or record.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasDays is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that the app or website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasDays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or website.
The AtlasDays app, website, branding, copy, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, AtlasDays reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
Your use of AtlasDays may also be subject to third-party terms, including Apple iCloud terms if you use sync or preference carry-over features.
AtlasDays may update these terms from time to time. When that happens, this page will be updated and the date above will change. Your continued use of AtlasDays after an update means you accept the revised terms.
